A man is drinking in a bar when he notices a beautiful young lady and asks “Hello there and what’s your name?” She giggles and says “Hello I’m Debbie what’s yours?” And the man says “I’m Jim.” Debbie giggles and asks Jim, “Do you want to come over to my house tonight?” Jim says “Sure! Let’s go!” 

At Debbie’s house Jim notices a picture of a man on her desk and asks “Is this your brother?” Debbie giggles and says “No, silly." Jim asks “Is it your husband?” Debbie giggles and says “No, silly!” Then Jim asks “Well! It must be your boyfriend?” 

Debbie giggles even more and says “No, silly.” Eager to find out, Jim asks “So who is it then?” Debbie nibbling on Jim’s ear giggles and says “That’s me before my operation!”
